1. Shipping & Delivery

We will now deliver to the address on your Paypal account at the time of order. Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid for your order.
All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please ensure your postcode area is included on the listing prior to making your purchase.
  • All items are dispatched within 1-2 working days* from receipt of cleared payment - with most items shipping the next working day.
  • All items over £30 will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded, over £100 will be shipped by Royal Mail special delivery next day, all items ordered by UK buyers will be delivered in 2 or 3 working days, if not, can you please contact us check the status and make sure right shipping address.
  • All items ordered by buyers out of UK will be shipped by Royal Mail Air Mail or Small Parcel, these items over £40 will be shipped with tracking, usually, it will take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered, if not, please do not hesitate to contact us for the status of shipping and make sure your correct shipping address.
  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 07.00 to 21.00.
  • Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded or repost within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
  • We are able to offer combined shipping discounts.
    *Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public bank holidays.

2. Privacy & Security

             All Brand New Items carry Full Manufacturer's Warranty.

3. Returns & Replacements

  • We offer a 28 days cooling off period on all purchases.
  • Any direct negative feedback and neutral feedback can solve nothing. We promise to try our best to satisfy every customer; and only via communication can solve problems.
  • If buyers receive faulty items or are not satisfied with the items, please feel free to contact us.
  • Please return your item within 7 days of receipt
    Unwanted items may be returned to us only if the following occurs:
    1) We have been notified via email within 7 days
    2) Any accessories/parts in sealed bags remain
    3) The item arrives back here in re-saleable condition(unmarked)
    4) Postage fees will not be refunded
    5) Replacement only for broken products or ruined products
    Please include full name, address details and eBay item number with your return including your reason for returning your item, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept cosmetics returns

We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, as well as PayPal.
